Secret Pal goodness!

Whose Secret Pal rocks from across the globe? Why, mine does!

Yep, direct from South Australia, I got a package of goodies!

What a cool surprise, to find a box absolutely plastered with stamps sitting in my mailbox. And happiness awaited me inside!

Secret Pal pack

That’s an article on autism (very thoughtful), a handknit blue beret (blue is my favorite color), a teeny tiny box, and a GIGANTIC CHOCOLATE FROG. Which I’m not sharing. Nyah.

Let’s have a closer look at that beret!

Beautiful Blue Beret

It’s made from Cleckheaton Country 8ply, a very nice heathered Australian superwash wool. I know this because she kindly included the yarn label!
Isn’t that gorgeous work? Flawless, and it fits like a glove.

And what was inside that little box?

Secret Pal earrings

Woot! Score! Earrings, which I love, but never buy for myself. I’m pretty sure she made these herself, and I’m wondering if she made the box as well. Clearly, this woman is a triple-threat on the crafting front.

Bottom line, I’m very happy with the time and effort that went into this package. My pal clearly went to the trouble of picking out and crafting things which she knew I would enjoy. What a thoughtful person. Thank you, Secret Pal!

Yay! I’m very glad you liked it all and that the hat fits. :)And I have started assembling your next package..
I do do a little bit of origami, mostly just little boxes like that to put earrings in, I like things to be useful.
    xx SP!
