Help, O internet savvy people!

I’m going out of my gourd. I’m looking for some size 4 white woven boxer shorts. Not knit boxer-brief types, but actual boxers. They have to be white. If they’re size 6, it won’t be the end of the world, but size 4 is preferred.

I have a friend whose son is potty-training, and boxers work better for him than briefs. He loves Dora the Explorer, but of course they don’t make stuff for boys with Dora on it, sexist corporate jerks. His mom’s been very ncie to me, and as a thank you, I want to iron-on some Dora transfers onto some white boxers for her son.

Except I can’t find the white boxers.

Help?

Well, google hath failed me, sorta. Best I could come up with was Hanes and Fruit of the Loom standard stuff, but if you’re going that route, could probably just run to walmart, kmart, target, {insert other common store name here} for them. Size 6 was the smallest I saw. 🙁

Ok, so the first one says it’s a boxer brief, but they look like regular old boxers too me. They are also some of the nicest boxers I’ve ever seen.

The second one just says boxer shorts, but they look the way boxer briefs do. Am I just really confused?

No, I think you’re right on the second one. I clicked on the link to look at all their other stuff, and it’s all knit, so I suspect that the undies are too. Knit boxers = T-shirty material. Thanks for looking, though.

So far I’ve tried my local Target, Kohl’s, Sears, Belk, Dillard’s, WalMart, but not K-Mart. We’ve got a Nordstrom nearby too, but I’m not optimistic.

I guess no little boy wants boring plain white boxers. Le sigh.

While I agree that they ought not to be sexist jerks about kids underwear, I can understand why they wouldn’t want to make boys underwear with pictures of smiling little girls on them. It certainly might come across as a little on the creepy side.

    White boxers

I know for sure that Abercrombie & Fitch carries white sueded cotton boxers in men’s sizes (xs – xl) and they do have a children’s line, so maybe they have them in kidling sizes, too? The style name of the boxer is Putnam Brook, they’re 100% sueded cotton and classic vintage fit – hubba hubba. Hugely expensive underwear, though – $16.50… each.
