The morning saw me piddling around a little, playing some on the Zoo Tycoon 2 expansion pack, which I just couldn’t resist picking up while I was out getting long-sleeved pajamas for my daughter.<\/p>\n
After playing for just a bit, I went down to County Register’s office and officially registered as a licensed business in Mecklenburg County. Also, I got zoned to operate a business in my home. Price tag $100 for both licenses.<\/p>\n
Tonight a police officer knocked on my door. He wanted more info about how my bank card info was stolen. So I got to give my very first police report, and dig out all the financial info I had buried in the rat’s nest that is my desk because I thought it was all over and done with. All in all, an educational experience.<\/p>\n
I hope they get the guy who did it. Sounds like they know when, where, and how it was done, they’re just having trouble tying the end guy to the actual crime with anything beyond very circumstancial evidence. I think my info helped a little, so that’s good. Unsettling to think that a place that I go weekly, and STILL go to, was the place this was done.<\/p>\n
