Last night was organic flank steak in a mustard-white wine-caper sauce with some leftover asparagus, and tonight I think I&#8217;ll make some maple-glazed salmon over baby greens.  It&#8217;ll go well with the blackberry\/raspberry cobbler from last night.  Well, &#8216;cobbler&#8217; is a bit of misnomer, as it&#8217;s got more of a coffee cake consistency.
