So I went to the doctor today because I had a lump in my breast. Did I delay for, like, a month because I’m a moron? Yes. Normally I don’t, but I just got busy, which is the lamest excuse possible. It won’t happen again.<\/p>\n

Anyway, it’s not cancer, thank God.<\/p>\n

It’s only fibrocystic changes<\/a>. Apparently, I got a little tiny mass in there, and it aches. Coincidentally, it’s right where I had a plugged duct when I was nursing. But now I get the joy of my first mammogram. Woo. (Guys reading this are now making the “TMI!” face.)<\/p>\n

So let’s review: up-side:<\/i> probably not cancerous, probably won’t die. down-side:<\/i> made worse by caffeine and chocolate. That’s right, my two favorite things in the world.<\/p>\n

So now to make the boobie-ache go away, I gotta quit drinking caffeinated lattes – and definitely no more of my beloved mochas. Bear with me as I come down from the sweet, sweet heights of Mount Chocolympus and begin trudging through life without coffee.<\/p>\n
