So I decided to start the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.threadbearfiberarts.com\/upclose\/charlotte.php\">Charlotte&#8217;s Web shawl<\/a> for myself, since I had enough of the called-for yarn,  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.koigu.com\/yarn01.htm\">Koigu KPPPM<\/a>.  I was less than 20 rows in when I saw this comment in the knitting community about something someone else was saying:  <\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;But then if you knitted the lace shawl then you&#8217;d have to wear it and you&#8217;d end up looking like Mama Cass. I&#8217;ll take the blankie.&#8221;<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Oh.  My.  God.  She&#8217;s right.  I&#8217;m going to look like Mama Cass in this thing.<\/p>\n<p>Well, crap.
