I managed to ball one skein of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blueskyalpacas.com\/yarns\/bulky\/index.html\">Blue Sky Bulky<\/a> in dark blue that I had bought in Alexandria when visiting Ceosanna, Tessima, and co., but the swift is definitely kaput.<\/p>\n<p>I guess it serves me right for buying a used one off of eBay for cheap.<\/p>\n<p>My ball winder also has a distinctive clacking and misses a gear when I turn the crank.  This is what happens when a five year old forces the crank to turn.  So very sad.<\/p>\n<p>Ah, well, I should go to bed anyway.  It was my daughter&#8217;s first day of kindergarten today, and we all had a very long day.
