Cast on between 150 and 190 stitches on #15 needles, knit four or five rows, knit one row in <a href=\"http:\/\/pub124.ezboard.com\/fknittymagazinefrm13.showPrevMessage?topicID=28.topic\">drop-stitch<\/a>, knit a few more, then bind off.<\/p>\n<p>Voila!  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.booboomonkey.com\/tvini\/parrot1.jpg\">The Drunken Parrot!<\/a>  Here&#8217;s a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.booboomonkey.com\/tvini\/parrot2.jpg\">close-up<\/a> to appreciate its hallucinatory glory.<\/p>\n<p>Why the Drunken Parrot?
