I put a few pounds back on over the summer when I couldn&#8217;t get away from the house and it was so hot, but I&#8217;m slowly inching my way back down again now that&#8217;s school&#8217;s back in.  This weather shouldn&#8217;t go to waste &#8211; I&#8217;m going running while it&#8217;s still sunny and cool.  After that, it&#8217;s back home to pack up a couple more kits.
