Let&#8217;s look at the results!  The blue line represents my weight.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tvini.org\/images\/misc\/exercise\/wiifitday8.jpg\" target=\"blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tvini.org\/images\/misc\/exercise\/wiifitday8-thumb.jpg\" hspace=\"5\" vspace=\"5\" align=\"left\" border=\"2\"><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tvini.org\/images\/misc\/exercise\/wiicasey.jpg\" target=\"blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tvini.org\/images\/misc\/exercise\/wiicasey-thumb.jpg\" hspace=\"5\" vspace=\"5\" align=\"right\" BORDER=\"2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>What the&#8230;  ARGH!  This wouldn&#8217;t be so frustrating if I hadn&#8217;t laughingly programmed in a goal of one pound in two weeks, just to see how the &#8220;goal&#8221; feature worked, when we first started it up.  Now I have to lose 1.8 pounds.  NOT HELPING!<\/p>\n<p>At right:  I blame my personal trainer, whom I am now calling &#8220;that b____ Casey.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Okay, I might have done the horns.  And the tail.  But she is a b____.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I did the Couch to 5K week one along the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pbase.com\/mobuchu\/greenway\" target=\"blank\">Little Sugar Creek greenway<\/a> this morning, and it was great.
