It served me well for several years, and was my very first felted bag. My mother-in-law bought me the yarn. But all good things must come to an end.
Out with the old…

…and in with the new!
I am so excited to have this handbag. It’s classy, quite well-made, and while I was a little nervous about it because it has a shorter strap than I’m used to, it falls perfectly on me. The hubby wanted to see it, and I glared at him until he made sure his hands were clean. No ruining my beautiful mollusk!
This was an in-kind transaction, but I would have no hesitations about recommending http://www.anatomyofaskirt.com to anyone looking for a way to add a little funk to their life. She had excellent customer service and quick turnaround.
Now I want to make or get actual containers for the many things in my purse. Like, I dunno, a wallet. Also, I carry knitting in there, and I don’t want my needles messing it up. I’m kind of loving the sock-knitting needle cases that girlontherocks at etsy.com has, and I think I’ll contact her to see if she can do something in a complementary color.
