Both camera and truffles are awesome.

sock camera test

I used to love photography, back when it was film and darkroom and this is really giving me hope that I can get back into it again without a lot of space for chemicals and other setup.

And did I mention the truffles are awesome?

I’m like a kid on Christmas! Oh, wait… I am a kid on Christmas!

Unnecessary sock picture! Unnecessary cat picture!

WOOOO!!!

I got a Nikon D40 with both the 18-55 lens and the 55-200 lens. Yay!

I love the digital age. 🙂 We get to indulge in stuff that used to be uber troublesome and expensive (i.e. photography).

    😀

    Cat so cute!

    Truffle yummy!

I kept my old lenses from my non-digital Nikon, and they fit on my new digital Nikon! I have to focus manually, but I’m okay with that. So that’s one less thing to buy!

    Oh lucky!

I’m just a wannabe photographer, so I’m happy with my point & shoot Canon.

At one point, I was very tempted to get a high-end camera, but luckily common sense prevailed. I tend to get distracted by different things and rarely follow through on my hobbies. 😀

I look forward to more piccies on your flickr!
