I’m not quite sure what to make of the doll tableau to the left, which Emily set up in our kitchen. Nor am I quite getting the meaning behind poor Mulan, robe askew, strung up by her hair. I think the only real message here is this: kids are weird.
The cord binding Mulan’s hair, by the way, is from the pulse oximeter on the treadmill, which has now left our home. The plan is to use that space for storage for my yarn to get it out of the bottom of the freakin’ closet!

Mulan was just tied up by her hair, which apparently was hilarious to Em. The other dolls, unfortunately, are no longer in that pose. Since then, the sinks were filled, the dolls were stripped, and they all took a communal bath together. Then they laid together on a towel until their hair was dry, then got dressed again. Quite the hedonistic kitchen we’ve got.

Oh man. She would probably love my mom’s vegetables, specifically the picture of the carrots which greqw spiraled around each other, so my mom posed them in a sensual embrace on a clothes-strewn beach.

I went to dinner and a movie the other night with a newer friend, and it was kind of hard to not weird her out when every anecdote I had started with, “So, my dad enjoys making his own superhero costumes and we’re getting him a banana-themed burlesque show for his birthday” or similar 😛

That all sounds like stuff you can do in the Sims. Naked hot tub romps, lots of making out, etc. Many Sims even have this as their ‘want’.
