I had a lovely dinner last night with an old friend. As is our wont, we might have gotten a little silly.

    Have you met Roxy? She regularly carries a bag of googly eyes with her and sticks them on anything that will hold still. Including, on various occasions, my phone (both home and cell), gas pumps, and a carousel horse at an Applebees.

    Googly eyes rule.

    I got a variety pack that didn’t have any stickum on the back, so I also carry a glue stick. I like that because it’s easy to remove if it’s really bothering anyone.

    I went by this morning and the eyes in the middle pic were gone, but the one on the left were not. It cracks me up, because I assume that at some point early this morning someone responsible had to have unlocked the ATM vestibule using that keyhole and made a conscious decision to leave the eyes there.

    Don’t forget the booth wall at DuClaw. Right above the salt & pepper shakers. I have a pic somewhere….
