1878 Warner Bros' Corsets
If the last ad made me glad we’ve moved beyond sanitary napkin belts, this one makes me even more glad we’ve moved beyond cinching our waists. Breastfeeding support does not mean “nursing corset.”

ETA: Note also apostrophe misplacement at the bottom of the ad in “Warner Bro’s.” It’s not just an internet phenomenon!

Highway robbery! Clearly the Warner Bros are blackguards of the lowest sort!

Oh! Well, I must write to them at once to purchase their Health Corset! I must budget, you know, and can only afford the $1.50 price tag. But my Health is important, of course! And theirs has a world-wide reputation, so it must be good! And it will even support my skirts! La!

Funnily enough, I just bought a little corselette at Lady Grace. It’s called a “waist nipper,” and it FEELS SO GOOD! My back isn’t so tired at the end of the day, my pants fit better, and! No bra! As I said, feels so good!
